Urban Planning Project




This is about the projects which develop since the enactment of Law No. 22/1999 on Regional Government and Law No. 25/1999 on Fiscal Balancing and Regional Center, any city or district has a tremendous opportunity to manage and develop the wealth of potential in their respective regions. Management is done by extracting the potential of the region optimally to improve the welfare of society and local revenue (PAD) in supporting regional development.

In terms of the development of the public service function required a central service activities since it can reduce inter-regional imbalances in the functioning of public services provided. In this case the direction and arrangements by the government in the allocation of space and function are needed in order to achieve the optimization of activities and effective.

With the development of public service activity center in the District is expected to stimulate the growth and development of the district  that the economy has increased. These circumstances when there is no guidance or regulation of the government will be imbalances between regions such as the unequal distribution of economic levels of society, population and level of life and livelihoods.

Urban Design Project



These Urban Design Project are :
An integrated design approach between spatial planning and building development in providing enhance environment with systematic transportation facilities for the immediate local and surrounding vicinity to stimulate the socioeconomic growth and conservation to the local art and cultural value.

Spatial Planning Evaluation Project



Showing the projects of Detailed Evaluation of the Spatial Plan District 

The aims is to: 
Detailed evaluation of the implementation of the Spatial Plan of the existing district both policy and sectoral operational plans.
Providing direction and guidance for the use of space in the area of ​​DKI Jakarta that is responsive to the direction of physical development and dynamics of spatial development and stick to the rules planologis technical, economic, sociological and environmental.



The output of this work are:

1. Establishment RRTRW to 6 sub-district in North Jakarta which consists of:

 Book I: Data Analysis and Evaluation Plan (size A3) are presented in the form of descriptions, tables and maps that fit me as well as the compilation of data and engineering analysis methodology.
 Book II: The Evaluation Plan (size A3) are presented in the form of description of the planning, utilization and control of land use districts are equipped with tables and maps town plans.
 Book III: Summary / Executive Summary (A4 size), contains in-tisari of RRTRW-sub equipped with tables and maps subdistrict.

2. The availability of map-Sub RRTRW in digital form with a depth map scale 1: 5000 in the form of album format maps with colored A1 paper size for the 6 sub-districts in North Jakarta in addition to the Thousand Islands

Capacity Building Project



The Safe House Programme
Community Programme
“SH awareness + hands on SH skills”
Developing a partnership between builders and families building safe houses by and for themselves.


SH Strategy & Goals
Promote a safe house message that is backed by practical SH skill at community level.
•Householders made aware of the importance of safety.
•Householders given the information to enable them to recognise and understand the characteristics that make their home safe.
•Householders know which builders are trained in SH skills in the community.
•Community builders trained in the skills of safe house construction. 





Stage 1: Preparing

  1. Meeting with community:
    1. introduce safe house programme
    2. giving community to choose :
                               i.   location of the building
                              ii.   function of the building
                            iii.   design of the building

  1. Meeting with community:
    1. discussing about building design what they already made
                               i.   regarding safe house principles
                              ii.   dimension of the building
    1. presentation a safe house principle poster [poster 1 + poster 2]
    2. directing community to make a committee building


Stage 2: Developing

  1. Meeting with group:
input/ comment about the building from
    1. village leaders
    2. in coffee shop
    3. woman in daily activity [morning or midday meeting]

  1. Compiling the comment of the design:
    1. to develop a design
    2. to make a simple model [maket]
    3. preparing a presentation: buiding design regarding safe house principle
    4. presentation a safe house principle poster [with example]

  1. Preparing a building design regarding safe house principle:
    1. safe house principle
    2. revision of design

  1. Final design:
    1. finalizing the building design
    2. registration of the participant of the skill building training


Stage 3: Building [skill building training]

  1. Preparing skill building training:
    1. enabling the building location – how to find a good location
    2. preparing a building material – how to choose a good material
    3. tools for skill building training – how to choose a good tools
    4. builders – how to be a good builders

Architectural Project


Talk about architectural project which I involved in.

Scope of work :
      Interior design
      Renovation of  houses
      Renovation housing in the heritage area
      Schematic design, preliminary design and develop design
      Produce Schematic design, preliminary design and develop design.
      Co-ordination work with project consultants, and direct involve in QS matters
      Direct involve in tender or contract periods.
      Site Supervisor for construction period, prepare Tender Document, Tender Drawing.
      Physical submissions and purchase of planning from various government departments
      (Singapore and Indonesia)
